 Kintsugi Care is our comprehensive mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals heal, rebuild, and thrive. We provide personalized mental health evaluations, medication management, Substance Use Disorder treatment including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), ketamine therapy, brain mapping, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Our care is grounded in evidence-based medicine and delivered with compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. Services are available both in person at our Henderson clinic and through secure virtual visits, making high-quality mental health care accessible and flexible for your needs. 

 NaviCare provides Transitional Care Management (TCM), Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management services to support patients as they move from hospital or facility settings back to home. Our care team coordinates follow-up appointments, medication reconciliation, and patient education within the critical first 30 days after discharge to reduce readmissions and improve recovery outcomes. We ensure seamless communication between acute care providers, patients, and families to promote safety, understanding, and long-term wellness.
